Meet the Syndicate: each of us have a 25% share and five weeks holiday a year.
Tom: (1st Left - joined in 2014)
The chairman. He also supports the rest of us as and when needed.
John: (2nd left - joined in 2016) Deals with finances, the Rota, TEPAI, Insurance, the website and documentation.
Chris: (4th left - joined in 2008) Coordinates maintenance and is also the Safety Officer.
