Vliho Yacht Club, Vliho Bay and Preveza Airport

• Juli is based at Vliho Yacht Club. It is well established and run by a husband and wife team from the UK. 

 

• Their technicians are very capable and can service or repair most things.  They can also provide emergency assistance if we have trouble away from Vliho.

• It's an ideal base from which to explore the Northern and Southern Ionian Islands as well as many locations on the mainland.

​

• A swing bridge at the north of the island connects Lefkas with the mainland, providing easy access to it by car and public transport, say to and from the airport.

​

• The nearest airport is Preveza, about a 45 minute drive away. There are flights from London, Manchester, Bristol, Edinburgh and Stansted. The yacht club office organise taxis to and from the airport if needed. 

​

• The holiday town of Nidri is only 4km away - a 10 minute bus journey or a pleasant 45 minute walk.
