•  The syndicate consists of four equal partners, with each of us having a 25% share and five weeks exclusive use of Juli per year.

• Since 2015 our subs have been £400 per person per quarter, giving an annual budget of £6,400.

 

• This covers annual running costs, including winter hard-standing fees, insurance, taxes, small maintenance items and repairs etc.

​

• It has also enabled us to carry out several of the smaller items listed on our improvement program, listed in the 'Recent Repairs and Improvements' page. Larger purchases require that we provide additional funds, following agreement within the syndicate that a purchase is necessary/desirable.

• When a member sells their share they retain the proceeds from the sale.
